Russian team wins gold in World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship

On September 10, the Russian national rhythmic gymnastics team –Yevgenia Kanayeva, Olga Kapranova, Daria Kondakova and Daria Dmitrieva (in the photo from left to right) – won the world championship gold in team competitions. The Russian athletes racked up 282.175 points. Belarus came second (262.825) and Azerbaijan (258.525) won the bronze. -

On Tuesday, Kanayeva won with her hoop routine, having gained 28.325 points, and her rope routine was also tops with 28,350 points.
